Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor is planning to wear a multi-million pound jewel-encrusted turban made partially from platinum for her upcoming wedding.
The 78-year-old is marrying her long-time companion Jason Winters later this year and is splashing out in a luxurious kaftan to accompany the headwear.
Her bridal turban is being created by Keith Holman and it will cost the actress around $3 million (£1.9 million).
Mr Holman told Bang Showbiz: "There is a 30-carat stone, two yellow canary diamonds 40-carat round and the headpiece is partially platinum."
"It's taking about 12 artists to work on this piece and it will have a silver and gold fabric and is being hand-woven.
"It's absolutely gorgeous and a one-of-a-kind piece, never to be duplicated."
Ms Taylor s inviting around 200 guests to her nuptials and invitations are being sent out via telephone, as the event, including the venue, is shrouded in secrecy.
