According to People, the actress said "yes" to producer Geoff Clark recently, and she decided to help create the engagement ring with jeweler Luscious.
Eventually, the 'Grey's Anatomy' star received a ring with a pink tourmaline stone and floral detail, all on a platinum band.
Leven told People: "I really wanted something that looked 'antiquey' and unique. It's very feminine and very me."
She added that, despite only going out with Clark for six months, she was desperate for him to pop the question, and that, at 19, she is not too young to be getting married.
Leven has previously starred in 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' and 'All My Children' as well as the film 'Gigantic' and is set to appear in 'Case 219' later this year.
Her fiancée, Geoff Clark, is currently producing the movies 'Isolated' and 'The Arena 2', and the two have not yet set a date for the wedding.
